Our vision is a world where radical inclusion is a critical priority in the culture, interactions, and practices of people and societies.
Our team
Bosco Consulting has worked with many individuals and businesses to help them reach their goals and discover what is holding them back by using a personalized accountability system. Our Mission
To provide strategy, leadership, and inclusion consulting and training offerings to support businesses and individuals level-up their goals and impact.
Today…
As we worked with individuals and organizations to address issues of oppression and bias, we found that many felt that they did not have the time or skills to be of any use over a long period. We branched out our offerings into leadership and process development services to help people reset their goals, rediscover their talents and skills, and place their lives into perspective.
A brief history
Bosco Consulting evolved from the Journey of Waking concept, created in a world attempting to be 'woke'. The program developed to help recognize the effects of systems of oppression, root in the idea that we have a responsibility to be critical of the ways in which we sustain, and to be interrupters. There is a process to unlearning the learnt. This can be applied to many facets of our daily lives. Untethering our expectations of how things should be and moving past the fear that sustains the status quo is what we hope to eradicate. How this is done can be complex and nuanced. It involves developing relationships and reexamining our own decisions and biases.
